Serum from its beginning has focused on tools and the education needed to support the proper use of Serum Products and Systems to support the success of its contractor base. 

“Serum Certified Contractor” Trainings are provided in the form of the “Oxidation Chemistry Course” around North America through our distribution base.  This course focuses on Safety, Tools, Proper Product Use and Correct Cleaning Processes consistent with the IICRC standards.  It is important to understand what you are using, and the science module of this training is very informative and correct.

The “Tools Comparisons, Costing and Profit Course” launches July 2020 and will be provided through our distribution network.  This course will focus on the actual costing functions of the estimating process to help contractors understand their actual costs including, products/tools used, labor requirements and SG&A allocations to plan for profits.  How can you plan to make money when you don’t know what your actual costs are?   

Serum through its association with EMTA “Emergency Mitigation Technicians Academy” offers a wide variety of IICRC and OSHA courses related to the Restoration and Remediation industry both in its corporate location in Marietta, Georgia and across North America through its distributor locations.
